Puttur: On behalf of the Union of Dakshina Kannada District Women’s Mandals, Mangalore, on the occasion of World Women’s Day, Dr. Nayana Rai of Puttur and her special spirited daughter, Medini, were recognized for their social service at the Mangalore City Hall and tried to bring them into the mainstream by encouraging them to live independently in the society.
